I am having probles with X, Y or Z on your Website/Catalog, what do I do?

If you are having a problem with the catalog or website itself, please post a comment in the forum under "General Chat". Or if you are unable to do that or don't want to air your business for all to see, email me at someone1guy@gmail.com

Make sure to include any/all of the following:

  • Which book you are trying to acces (or if it's all books, state that it's all books)
  • Error messages you are receiving
  • Symptoms that you noticed (it only happens on a Thursday evening when a full moon is out)
  • What device you are running (Iphone 2g/3g/3gs/4g/Prototype-left-in-a-bar, Ipod Touch 1/2/3, Ipad, Android, Nook)
  • What version of OS are you running (iOS 3/4, Androd 2.x.x, Trooked)
  • What software and version are you using (Stanza, Aldiko, GoodReader)

    ALSO!!!!!, make sure to visit the "Your Information" section of the catalog and include all the information that page contains, so that you can be better assisted
